MMA T-Shirt Design (Back)

For this assignment, we had to design a t-shirt for a customer.  He had specific rules on what he wanted on his shirt.  For the back he wanted an image of a knight, and he wanted written down, a saying for the event. Also, the shirt had to be green, so in contrast to make the image stand out, white was used for the illustration and font.  This assignment was made in illustrator.

This is the third poster made for this assignment.  That specific image was used on the poster because its 'different' and thats what the fringe is all about.  Also the 2 people in the image are a part of a band that have played at the fringe.  This project was created in photoshop.

This is the second poster design created.  Photos from previous folklorama events was used to create the collage like image on the right hand side of the poster.  A map of the world was placed in the foreground to imply that this event is a multicultural event.  This project was made in photoshop.

For this assignment we had to design one poster for three different Winnipeg events. This is poster # 1.  An image of lilies and the color pink and white were used because the festival is about lilies. This assignment was designed in photoshop.

Bud Spud and Steak Ticket Design

The task here, was to create a ticket design for the football team fundraising event.  Since the event has to do with our school and football, I used our school color (purple-ish color) in part of the background and an image of a football player.  Also included was a football goal-post, which I used to divide the event information.  This assignment was made in Photoshop.  

KEC Logo Design

This assignment was redesign our original school logo.  The image on the top left is the silhouette of an art piece we have sitting at the front of our school.  I created a vector of it using Illustrator.

The second image, which is on the bottom left is supposed to be of a border reiver.  That is our school mascot.  For this one I used the color purple because is our school color.  It was also made in Illustrator.  

KEC Information Handbook Design

The instructions for this assignment were to create a new cover design for our school information handbook.  First,  I used photoshop to put the images and shapes in place.  I then put it in Indesign to add the font.  The color purple was used because that is our school color.
